Q.  How long does it take to process an order?

A.  All orders ship within 3 - 5 days. IN-STORE/LOCAL Pick Up is for local customers who pick up their orders from one of our locations. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready for pick up.

Q.  Do you ship anywhere?

A.  We ship anywhere within the United States.

Q.  Do you accept refunds?

A.  NO REFUNDS but will allows exchanges at the discretion of the company.
